Stigma Webinar!
Thank you to everyone who joined us with Shawnta Clarke, the founder of Here to Heal Counselling Services, for a webinar on mental health stigmatization! We enjoyed the informative presentation on how stigma arises, how to take care of yourself in a stigmatized environment, and how to reduce stigma as a society. We are also grateful for the engaging virtual activities on what we would do in certain challenging situations, and for the open Q&A to learn about how we can cope with stigma in cultural or religious contexts.
Mostly, we are thankful for the safe, inclusive, and respectful space everyone fostered to courageously have open discussions about our personal perspectives and challenges regarding mental health stigmatization. We hope to see you again in future events!

Our Mission
At Quest4Clarity, we aim to support and empower individuals struggling with mental health alone in the dark through mental health resources, support panels, and contextually diverse events. Our resources include the Mental Health Chronicles, where individuals reflect on their unique growth and share their journeys, uplifting others who share a similar situation with them; research-backed articles, collaborations on diverse mental health perspectives, and psychology workshops. We also host fundraisers and webinars with professional guests for free to offer personalized Q&A sessions, educational presentations, virtual mental health activities, and a safe space for open discussions.
We aim to support the overall mental health crisis through awareness, advocating for local services and neurological disorders, and sharing personalized advice from diverse backgrounds.
Values
We value courage, inclusivity, and resilience. We believe in having the courage to advocate for a peer struggling mentally and afraid to seek help. We seek, learn, and respect mental health perspectives from people with different experiences, cultures, and backgrounds. We see mistakes as golden opportunities in life to take a step back, observe, and then try again to elevate our mental health.
